I’m a science educator with a deep love for stories—both in the classroom and on the page. I graduated from Emory University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a second major in Comparative Literature, a combination that reflects my passion for both scientific inquiry and narrative thinking. I began my career as a student teacher in 2019, became a full-time special education teacher at Sousa Middle School in Washington, DC in 2020, and in 2021, transitioned to teaching science at District of Columbia International, where I continue to teach today.
