Designed and implemented an organizational chart builder with drag-and-drop functionality to visualize and manage hierarchical structures. Developed beta versions of Task Management and Job Instructions modules featuring an integrated Learning Management System with a customized Tiptap rich-text editor. Led the full hiring cycle for a UX/UI designer who became a core collaborator, and recruited a Front-End Developer to accelerate delivery.
