Instrumental to planning, creation and execution of AMHQ with Sam Champion , Weather Underground and Weather Center Live. Line produced 8 am hour of AMHQ in studio. Instructed directors on set placement and timing to achieve seamless and diverse show with maximum visual impact. Planned locations for live field reporters. Selected and booked live guests and affiliate reporters. Copy-edited and approved scripts for air. Produced rolling live coverage of Winter Storm Juno, generating 39 million viewers over 3 days. Produced 12-4am block on January 27, 2015, garnering 1.8 million viewers ( ~ 1 million in 25 -54 demo ).

Supervised operation of newsroom while managing production of daily morning show. Oversaw planning, creation and execution of Good Morning Indiana and local cut-ins during Good Morning America. Managed and directed 26 production, technical and talent staff members. Determine d content and focus of each newscast to increase ratings and maximize viewership. Identified, interpreted and followed up on emerging stories and breaking news. Field produced feature stories and specialty shows. Overhauled quality, appearance, format and pace of morning show to include more content, attract larger viewership and appeal to station’s target demographic. Effectively integrated new morning team, including 2 new anchors, new multimedia journalist, additional meteorologist and 2 new producers. Guided team coverage of major breaking news stories, including Election 2012, South Side Explosion, Hurricane Sandy and Blizzard 2012.
