Led architecture and delivery for a Spring Boot microservices-based e-commerce platform (Signify LumXpert) to support global traffic. Identified and built shared platform services (cart, user, product) to reduce duplication across web and Flutter mobile clients. Reduced architectural bottlenecks by introducing a structured Gradle multi-module project and establishing monitoring (Datadog) and CI/CD patterns. Also steered the technical transformation of the Telefonica O2 Online Shop, delivering a scalable microservices platform and a unified API strategy with external telecom integrations; mentored a team of 5 developers on microservices design, event-driven patterns (Kafka), and AWS deployment.

Designed and implemented full-stack features for Thermo Fisher Scientific - SampleManager LIMS, transforming complex sample testing requirements into structured backend and frontend components. Improved code quality through reviews and shared component libraries, and engineered a robust backend using Spring Boot and event-driven workflow processing with Kafka to enhance data integrity and reliability in a regulated environment.

Developed task flow operations for processing DICOM medical images in Syngo.Via, integrating software with hardware workflows. Built a 360-degree patient view application using Angular and MongoDB to unify data from disparate sources, and prototyped data-driven AI workflows with Python scripting to automate clinical data processing.
