Hello, I’m Jozefina Gocman-Dicks. I’m a Polish cinematographer currently based in the United States and a proud member of the Polish Society of Cinematographers. I’ve contributed to award-winning narrative films, documentaries, TV programs, advertising, and music videos for productions around the world. I thrive on challenging projects and love traveling to diverse locations to tell compelling stories through visuals. My career has taken me from European glaciers to South Asia, Africa, and the Americas, often working in extreme environments while maintaining a strong focus on storytelling through imagery. Before film work, I represented Poland in alpine skiing and earned national titles. I began my path as a lighting technician, studied psychology in Poland, and then pursued formal cinematography training. Over the years I have honed my craft across studios and on location, collaborating with filmmakers to realize powerful, visually-driven narratives. I’m passionate about learning, collaboration, and pushing creative boundaries.
