Hi, I’m Alexis Yulo Hoffman, a dedicated Costume Designer and designer based in New York with a strong foundation in fashion design and theater. I earned my BFA in Fashion Design - Special Occasion from FIT and completed an AAS in Fashion Design, while enriching my studies with psychology, film, and Latin American studies. I love collaborating with directors, actors, and teams to bring characters to life through fabric, color, and texture.
With experience across stage and screen—from student thesis films to Equity productions and major venue runs—my practice centers on costume construction, patternmaking, and wardrobe supervision. I’m proficient in sewing, draping, and prop integration, and I enjoy mentoring others and exploring storytelling through fashion.
