About
I am Francisco Huerta Afonso, a physicist with a passion for data science and software development. With a solid foundation in physics and mathematics, I translate complex problems into actionable analyses and robust automated solutions. I enjoy turning theoretical concepts into practical, real-world tools and I continuously seek opportunities to apply quantitative reasoning to drive meaningful outcomes.
Over the years I have taught physics and mathematics, led digitalization initiatives, and built AI-driven automations to streamline teaching and administration. I thrive in dynamic teams, value clear communication and collaboration, and I enjoy turning challenging ideas into concrete results through thoughtful planning and hands-on delivery.
