With a foundation in design and a deep respect for craft, I began my career in industrial design before expanding into product and quality in 2019. Since then, I have worked across SaaS and eCommerce, focusing on user experience, research, and execution quality. Most recently at Square, I served as the quality DRI for eCommerce and Restaurants, leading user testing and design reviews across mobile, web, and point of sale. That work strengthened reliability, improved efficiency, and directly supported business growth. I find real joy in sweating the details, staying with a problem until it feels right, whether it involves refining interaction patterns or aligning teams around a cohesive design system. Over the past year, I have partnered with startups and scale-ups, helping shape their product and creative strategies. This work has kept me sharp, curious, and connected to what makes design meaningful: solving problems thoughtfully and collaboratively.
