Lead end-to-end design development for a contemporary luxury superyacht crew uniform and lifestyle brand. Spearheaded the full redesign and development of the core 'Crew Ready' collection, plus seasonal concept capsules and bespoke pieces for private clients. Responsibilities include mood and concept boards, color and detail direction, fabric and trim sourcing, hand sketches and CAD, and range planning for cohesive, functional menswear and womenswear collections for on- and off-charter. Managed technical packs and fittings with European and Far East factories, and collaborated with buying and sales teams to ensure market-ready product.

Refined existing collections and fits, introduced new concepts and garment categories, and evolved the brand identity across both men’s and women’s lines. Led seasonal range planning, mood and colour board creation, and design across woven casualwear, outerwear, soft accessories, and photoshoot concepts. Developed new categories including beachwear and outerwear; branding, trim and colour development; created detailed tech packs and fittings through pre-production; fabric sourcing and sketch-to-product development.

Design direction across outerwear, tailoring, lounge/travel wear, and nightwear; mood, concept and colour board presentations; balanced range planning across capsule groups; fabric research and development, print and embroidery design; creation of CADs and tech packs for Italian factories.
