Hi, I’m Isabella Sleight, a psychology graduate and researcher based in Australia. I’m currently a Research Assistant at The University of Queensland, where I contribute to studying neuroscience, and I’m currently writing up a study on early psychosis and clinician priorities in treatment. I enjoy collecting and analyzing behavioral and neuropsychological data, and I have hands-on experience with functional neuroimaging data collection and SPSS data analysis. I’m passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights.
Beyond research, I work as a Personal Support Worker and mentor neurodivergent students, building supportive relationships and applying person-centred approaches. I value collaboration, clear communication, and ethical care. I’m excited to continue growing my research skills while making a positive impact in healthcare and education.
