Directed a cross-border iOS development team of 7 members; adopted VIPER and MVVM; led requirement analysis, architectural design, end-to-end development for Login, Card Management, Online Fraud Management; implemented multi-factor authentication; integrated ThreatMetrix SDK for real-time fraud detection; coordination with Backend/QA for UAT.

Led a team of 6 developers for Citi Bank, delivering a flagship mobile banking app for APAC and EMEA; transitioned mission-critical modules from hybrid to native iOS; designed login/registration/account activation and payment modules; integrated Glassbox analytics for user experience; hardened security with AppDome; aligned technical roadmaps with business objectives; collaborated with PM/Eng/QA.
