Hi, I’m Matthias Ryffel, a certified mediator (FSM), trainer and coach based in Thun, Switzerland. I design and lead mediation and team development processes for groups up to 50 people, offer leadership coaching, strategy support and change management, and run trainings in conflict management, negotiation and collaboration.
