Led frontend teams of 6–10 engineers while remaining hands-on, with responsibilities including hiring, mentoring, 1:1s, performance feedback, and supporting promotions and growth. Led technical direction and execution for large Wix consumer products, including editor and customer-support experiences used across Wix’s global user base. Owned feature delivery end-to-end, from discovery and architectural design through implementation, rollout, and iteration based on real user data. Designed shared, reusable frontend components and contributed to Wix design system and modular multi-application architecture, enabling independent local development and improved developer velocity. Led proof-of-concept and experimentation, validating ideas with users and converting successful experiments into production features with short iteration cycles. Led technical execution for KER A, Wix’s AI-powered voice and video assistant, taking the product from concept to production within 1–2 months.
