I am Ana Sagristà, a Senior Instructional Designer with a passion for crafting learning that travels across cultures and languages. I bring a strong background in audiovisual storytelling to health care and humanitarian education, and since 2018 I have been focused on digital learning, evolving from learning development to instructional design. I analyze training needs, define measurable learning objectives, ensure pedagogical alignment, and design digital experiences that fit diverse audiences and real-world organizational constraints. With over 20 years in radio and television, including six years of professional work in Australia (SBS), I offer narrative clarity, synthesis, audiovisual expertise and intercultural sensitivity to every project. I am currently completing a Master’s Degree in Education and ICT at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), with my Master’s thesis due in June 2026.
