Single-handedly converted a 1200 sq. ft commercial office space into an audio post-production and recording studio through carpentry, wiring, networking, acoustics and more. Started with zero clients and built-up repeat clientele through marketing, cold outreach, social media and word of mouth. The studio was located in Scarborough, Maine. Moved to New York, so closed it down.
