Throughout my professional experience, I have gained strong skills in direct customer service – both individual and business – in various contexts and industry environments. I worked as a receptionist at Hotel Kossak, where I was responsible for being the first point of contact with guests, providing information, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive image of the hotel. Previously, I supported the team at the Kraków Salt Cave in reception tasks as well as promotional activities on social media, particularly in communication with international clients.
