Designed and developed the frontend codebase from scratch, selecting tech stack, defining project structure, and establishing linting and CI standards. Engineered state management using Redux Toolkit and React Query, reducing duplicate API calls, solving race conditions, and improving load times through caching. Designed and implemented a reusable component library on top of Material UI, standardizing UI patterns and accelerating development. Developed a self-serve onboarding and checkout flow using Next.js, enabling customers to activate services without manual support. Built internal analytics dashboards used by Customer Success teams, replacing manual reporting workflows. Integrated frontend with backend APIs, Stripe, and analytics tools, implementing error handling and retry logic for reliability. Instrumented frontend monitoring using Datadog, improving visibility into production issues. Worked within a large monorepo supporting messaging, voice, workflow, and reporting systems. M
