Collaborated with a UBS volunteer team to design and develop a mobile application focused on burnout prevention. Participated in weekly meetings with the UX team, developers, project manager, and engineers to review progress and plan next steps. Conducted interviews with a psychologist to gain insights into users’ needs and burnout symptoms. Created a structured questionnaire based on the psychologist’s input to help users assess potential signs of burnout. Designed wireframes in Figma and jointly defined the app’s color scheme, iconography, and visual design with the UX team.

In 2023, a merger took place in which UBS acquired Credit Suisse. Matching and enriching SSIs for asset transfer transactions with counterparty custodians. Repairing, releasing, and monitoring custody settlement instructions globally, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Managing high-risk transactions and resolving client inquiries on transactions. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., custodian banks) to address issues and inquiries.

Business Solutions Analyst at Credit Suisse Poland Sp. z o.o.

Activation and modification of various financial instruments in Credit Suisse banking systems. Conducting business analysis to identify the root cause of operational incidents. Defining solution recommendations to prevent recurrence. Actively participating in all phases of release cycles: requirement formulation, review of IT functional specifications, coordination and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-release data quality checks.
