Responsible for creating new designs to build out CCA's new merchandising program, help in spending and maintaining a $20,000 merchandise budget. Worked cross-departmentally with Marketing & Communications and Auxiliary Services to reinforce brand alignment in new designs, aligning closely with the college’s vision and student experience. Participated in and led parts of design review sessions for cross-departmental approvals, accepting critique and making iterative design adjustments when necessary. Worked in Adobe Illustrator and Clip Studio Paint to create merchandise designs. Collaborated with external printing vendors for design placement on garments and to determine brands and quantities. Communicated with external sales partners to promote new merchandise designs and drive sales of new garments.
