Lunch MVP & Post-launch Iteration. Cross-functional team. MVP design to validate product demand: conducted competitive analysis to validate assumptions and define product direction. Defined information architecture, user flows, and full UI to support launch (landing page, account, dashboard). Collaborated in iterative cycles with the founder and developer, validating hypotheses post-launch. Result: Validated product demand: 12 paid users out of 353 in the first month (3.4% conversion rate). Product Designer (Concept Case Study) – Reorder Flow Redesign at Rappi

B2C Mobile – Super app. Led UX redesign of reorder flow to improve conversions: ran UX audits and moderated usability tests (5 participants, JTBD framework) to identify friction points. Combined research insights with competitive analysis to define a redesign strategy. Redesigned core reorder flow following existing design system and iOS guidelines to reduce friction. Result: Task completion time: 2:29 to 0:20 (-87%). Clicks: 13 to 6 (-54%).
