Inspired by the elusive relation between mind and matter, I take the perspective of neutral monism: that, at the most fundamental level of existence, there is only one thing that is neither physical nor mental but rather constitutes the a priori dimension of possibility from which all reality derives. ——— FUNDAMENTALS Project 'Fundamentals' aims to visualise the fundamental principles of metaphysics underlying the structures, dynamics, and dimensions of our existence in an ultra-minimal black & white analogue photography format intended to reinstate the principles of classical art theory, aesthetics, and geometry in the context of modern dystopian irrationality, inspired by my all-time favourite artist M.C.Escher and initiated through my own favourite photo of all time ‘Minimalism’ . . . The premiere exhibition of project 'Fundamentals' took place in 2023 after 5 years of concept development and formed the basis for my independent art brand on _Website not available.
