Leading QA efforts for multiple Scotia Bank projects from Canada. Responsibilities included defining high-level functional and technical testing requirements, designing and validating the Functional Testing Plan, and authoring/executing test cases. Built and maintained automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, LeanFT, Cucumber, and REST Assured, and contributed to framework design (TestNG-based) and module-specific adaptations. Performed API testing, integrated tests with Postman/TestNG, and ensured robust reporting via HP ALM/JIRA with HTML reports. Coordinated with onshore/offshore teams, conducted daily defect reviews, refined user stories with BAs, developers, and QA peers, and led regression testing and Jenkins executions post-release. Drove end-to-end automation coverage and contributed to test data preparation, test planning, and progress reporting to management.
