Hi, I’m Callum Patrick Hughes—a storyteller, facilitator, and DEI expert with a long-standing love for theatre, music, and powerful workplace storytelling. I help leaders design inclusive cultures, secure buy-in, and communicate with clarity and empathy through engaging narratives and interactive workshops.
Over the past decade I’ve created theatre across genres, trained hundreds of leaders with Fearless Futures, and travelled the UK and beyond performing, composing, and directing. I’m passionate about turning complex ideas into accessible performances and practical insights that empower people and organisations.
