Owned the website end-to-end as a sole designer — from design system to live Webflow pages. Proposed and built a scalable design system from scratch in Figma, deployed directly into Webflow. Implemented scalable CMS and collection-based structures following Client-First naming conventions — enabling the marketing team to publish content independently. Redesigned 20+ pages, repositioning the brand from inconsistent startup to credible enterprise product. Designed digital assets for marketing campaigns — social media, event banners, one-pagers, and illustrations. Collaborated with the CMO and Creative Director in an agile environment with a 3-day design-to-live turnaround. Website traffic increased by an estimated 40%+ following the redesign and paid campaigns. Website became the primary sales resource for the team's ICP outreach.
