Explored new technologies and workflows (e.g., 3D Gaussian) and integrated them into projects. Optimised older projects to run natively on Quest 3 at 60fps, upgraded existing Blueprints or materials during downtime, and generated photogrammetry data converted into G-splat. Performed GPU/CPU profiling with Unreal Insight, mentored colleagues in Unreal workflows, and produced high-quality cinematics using lumen/path tracing.
