Built an AI-powered Natural Language to SQL agent using the AGNOAgentic Framework, leveraging LLaMA-3.3-70B, Claude-4.1-Opus, DeepSeek-R1, and OpenAI-OSS-120B to generate and execute SQL queries on AWS PostgreSQL; Claude achieved the highest accuracy with minimal hallucination. Improved performance via schema caching and conversational memory; data stored in AWS PostgreSQL. Implemented a real-time backend with FastAPI, frontend with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Socket.IO for real-time live queries. Designed data visualizations (pie, bar, line) to analyze QoQ, YoY, and MoM trends. Developed an interactive analytics dashboard using Metabase connected to AWS PostgreSQL for real-time updates. Used in GE Healthcare enterprise analytics platforms enabling non-technical teams to retrieve insights via chat interfaces and dashboards.
