Conducted exploratory and end-to-end testing across the full stack—from source systems through Azure Synapse pipelines to Power BI and Salesforce CRM. Performed Salesforce CRM functional testing and Mambu core banking testing; built reusable test frameworks using Databricks notebooks, Python, and SQL-based reconciliation. Worked on two major programmes during the data platform transformation: Project 1 - End-to-End testing of AWS Data Lake & Pipelines; tested Kafka event-driven data journeys and validated end-to-end data through ingestion, transformation and reporting. Project 2 - Risk-based testing on Teradata VaaS migration; supported cutover week; triaged defects under pressure. Designed test cases for real-time events; performed integration testing of AWS data pipelines and upstream/downstream systems.

Led Salesforce CRM marketing data testing via ETL to AWS Redshift; executed end-to-end customer migration testing for Npower acquired accounts; designed reconciliation strategies for millions of records; collaborated with data engineers and marketing teams; used AWS Redshift, Glue, S3, Salesforce CRM, SQL in testing.
