Led end-to-end QA activities encompassing Functional, Regression, Sanity, Compatibility, Security (OWASP), LDAP, Upgrade/Installation, and Patch testing. Owned release validation by analysing requirements, defining test strategies, and independently managing QA sign-off. Developed and maintained automated test scripts using Python and Playwright. Managed Docker image updates and AWS cluster deployments to validate new builds and patch releases. Accelerated test design through AI-driven tools to generate test cases from acceptance criteria and develop automation scripts. Collaborated with UK-based and offshore development teams; created and tracked subtasks to improve usability and feature quality. Reviewed automation code and enforced quality standards before Git merges. Authored Test Plans and Test Cases produced TestRail execution reports, OWASP security reports, and maintained documentation in Confluence.

Performed Functional, Regression, UAT, Integration, Compatibility, Performance, Security, Accessibility, Restful API and Backend testing. Review new features in BDD format and pending backlogs, prepare test work for quarterly planning. Developed automation scripts using C#, SpecFlow(BDD), and Selenium. Ownership of the entire application testing, approving bi-weekly releases (go or no go) of new builds. Taking leadership of the testing effort, acting as a bridge between the Product Owner, the Test Manager and the Test team. Mentoring and managing the test team within the UK and offshores. Providing KT, mentoring and overseeing team members and contractors' work.

Executed Smoke, Regression testing using TestRail and performed Adhoc testing on new builds. Automated Test Scripts and Regression Test Suites in Ranorex, integrated into the CI by the test team/developers using Git and TeamCity. Used Azure DevOps (VSTS) for the Sprint Board, bug reports, and creating pull requests. Participated in R&D planning and review meetings to discuss user stories and user requests in the areas of improvement of the product.
