Built a secure Stripe payment integration system in Java Spring Boot using a microservices architecture. Implemented Stripe REST API integrations for session creation, retrieval, and expiry, along with HMAC-SHA256 signature verification and Spring Security-based basic authentication. Integrated Redis caching to reduce redundant database calls, and created a centralized error-handling framework for consistent responses. Processed Stripe webhook notifications and validated business logic using JUnit and Mockito unit tests. Worked with MySQL via Spring JDBC and configured AWS services (EC2, RDS, Secrets Manager) for secure credential management, applying Factory and Builder design patterns for modularity. Recognized as a "STAR Performer" for timely demo delivery and sprint completion.
