Led end-to-end Shopify development for 50+ clients, overseeing product setup, imagery, tax/shipping, inventory, and warehouse coordination. Drove site performance via headless architecture migrations (Liquid to Hydrogen/Remix), implemented custom authentication (SSO/Multipass/JWT), and built middleware to integrate with SAP ERP, NetSuite, and WMS/OMS/PIM using GraphQL/REST APIs. Managed multi-currency international configurations, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and privacy best practices. Built and directed a distributed team of freelancers delivering complex, high-scale projects and orchestrated bot protection strategies for shock drops to maximize revenue and ensure fair access.

Owned and managed FTP LLC's Shopify storefront end-to-end (product catalog, merchandising, and site operations). Planned and executed high-demand collection drops, coordinated inventory and launch timing, and led web enhancements aligned with brand direction. Built co-branded Shopify solutions for partnerships, collaborated with creative/marketing/fulfillment teams, and contributed to a React Native mobile app to extend digital presence. Maintained code quality with Git/version control and streamlined deployment pipelines.
