LAND O’FROST
Modernized branding and packaging for Land O’Frost’s WellShire Farms pork and beef product lines for both U.S. and Canadian (Bilingual French/English) markets. This redesign resulted in a 15% increase in business as the US product category down 8%. Additional projects included redesigning DaBecca Foods specifically for placement in Walmart stores, expanding market reach.

Executed a critical NLEA brand update for Stater Bros., extending an original redesign of 3000 SKUs from 2000 to 2010. Increased Stater Bros.’ market share by 8% (from 14% to 22%) across all product lines. Stater Bros. is California’s largest supermarket chain with 170 stores. An 8-year contract.

Utilized existing dies for cost containment, executing designs in 2D and 3D collaboration to secure cross-functional buy-in for 9 projects. Provided multiple design customization options for co-op retailers and adapted to various die configurations, increasing retailer adoption by 10%. Delivered a luxurious six-color press job on foil with a gradient, achieving a high-quality aesthetic for 12 product packaging designs.
