Lead end-to-end engineering for Rainfall's Web3 product suite, owning architecture, delivery cadence, and engineering quality. Manage a cross-functional team of 4 engineers across Flutter (mobile), React (web), and Solidity (smart contracts). Architected and shipped a non-custodial Coin Launch Portal enabling creators to deploy, configure, and manage on-chain assets with full custody. Implemented wallet integration, smart-contract deployment workflows, and a polished launch UX. Spearheaded the AI Coherence Portal to power intelligent content workflows and decision support across Rainfall's ecosystem (LLMs, RAG, MCP). Built an Investor Portal providing portfolio visibility and reporting; ensured security, reliability, and seamless integration with the broader Rainfall stack. Tech stack includes Flutter, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Solidity, Web3.js/Ethers.js, LLM APIs, MCP. Emphasized testing, performance optimization, and robust CI/CD practices.

Led end-to-end development of the core Flutter mobile application. Architected a scalable real-time chat system with media sharing, threads, polls, reactions, and smart replies. Implemented newsletter broadcasts with audience segmentation, commission tracking for employees and teams, and AI-powered admin bots for management workflows. Integrated with Node.js and Firebase for backend services; leveraged AI/LLM integrations for content moderation and automation.

Owned tech strategy across fintech, marketplace, and SaaS products; drove architecture, mentoring, and code quality improvements, enforcing Clean Architecture and SOLID principles. Led a cross-functional team of 8 (backend, frontend, QA, designers); shipped 5 production apps with reliability and security posture; implemented scalable deployment processes, performed risk assessments and security reviews.
