My name is Paul McDonald, I am a Creative Lead with over 15 years experience in the creative industries, working my way up from junior to senior with some great mentors along the way. I have worked across a wide range of sectors, most recently within my role at Altavia.UK specialising in shopper marketing both domestically and in GTR. Last year I was responsible for the creation of our new visual identity, which was rolled out in the summer. Prior to that I worked as part of an in-house team at Beam Suntory. I love to collaborate with cross functional teams, developing effective strategies that really get to the root of what clients need and sharing skills to get the best possible solution. I am known as a crafter, a real hands-on creative who loves developing killer brands. I pride myself on my work and have been lucky to work with many high profile clients, from Jack Daniels & Macallan to KitKat, which has pushed me to up my game and produce a large variety of deliverables from toolkits and brand guidelines to shopper driven campaigns.
