Complete architectural visualization package developed for L’Orée du Léman, a high-end residential development by Cardis Immobilier, located in Pully, Lausanne, Switzerland. Designed by Atelier Zero2 SA, the project features 9 premium apartments in a privileged location with a remarkable view over Lac Léman.

For this project, I developed a complete architectural visualization package, including exterior renderings, interior visualizations, humanized floor plans, virtual tours and AI-assisted videos to support the creation of presentation and sales materials for the development.

The objective was to create realistic, elegant and refined visual assets, capable of communicating the quality of the project while helping potential buyers understand the spaces, perceive the value of the development and emotionally connect with the future living experience.

My role covered the visualization workflow: reading architectural information, defining camera angles, 3D modeling, materials, lighting, rendering, post-production and final delivery.

Villas Echandens is a residential project developed for Mato Immobilier, with architecture by Lawrence Breitling Architecte Sàrl, located in Echandens, Switzerland.

The project consists of the construction of a semi-detached villa, designed to offer a calm, comfortable and family-oriented living environment.

For this project, I developed interior and exterior architectural visualizations to support the creation of presentation and sales materials for the residential units.

The objective was to create a warm, pleasant and inviting atmosphere, capable of communicating the quality of the project while awakening interest, desire and curiosity in potential buyers.

Vufflens-le-Château is a high-end residential project developed for Familia Plan SA, located in Vufflens-le-Château, in the district of Morges, Switzerland.

The project consists of 6 individual villas set in a quiet, green residential environment, between Lac Léman and the foot of the Jura. Each villa was designed to offer a bright, comfortable and family-oriented living experience, with south-facing orientation, private gardens, terraces, balconies, garage and outdoor parking space.

For this project, I developed architectural visualizations to support the creation of presentation and sales materials for the residential units.

The objective was to create realistic and refined visual assets capable of communicating the calm atmosphere, residential quality and privileged setting of the development, helping potential buyers understand the project and emotionally connect with the future living experience.

Villas du Verger is a residential project developed for Switzerland Sotheby’s Realty, with architecture by Architecture XYZ, located in Saxon, Switzerland.

The project consists of 6 two-storey attached homes, arranged in two groups of three units, set in a privileged natural context surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape.

For this project, I developed architectural visualizations to support the creation of presentation and sales materials for the residential units.

The objective was to create realistic and refined visual assets capable of highlighting the architecture of the project while integrating it with the surrounding landscape. Résidence Pierre-à-Voir is a residential project developed for Chabloz Rogato, with architecture by Atelier 78 Sàrl, located in Saxon, Switzerland.

The project consists of 3 residential buildings, each including apartments of 3.5 and 4.5 rooms, set in the heart of the old village of Saxon. The site overlooks the village and offers a privileged view over the Rhône plain and the Valais Alps.

The objective was to create realistic and refined visual assets capable of communicating the contemporary architecture, generous terraces, garden areas and quality living environment of the development. The project consists of 3 spacious apartments set in an exceptional location on the heights of Savièse, offering panoramic views over the Rhône plain and the surrounding Alpine peaks.

Falaise 21 is a residential project developed for Cardis Immobilier, with architecture by Fame Architecture.

The project consists of 2 individual off-plan villas, designed with high-end specifications and a strong attention to construction quality, comfort and refined residential living.

For this project, I developed architectural visualizations to support the creation of presentation and sales materials for the villas.

The objective was to create realistic and coherent visual assets capable of highlighting the quality of the project, its architectural value and its commercial potential. The images were created to help present each property in a clear, attractive and refined way, supporting the client’s marketing strategy from the first online presentation to the sales process.

According to the client’s communication, the two villas were commercialized in less than 3 months, illustrating the importance of a well-structured real estate presentation and a visual strategy aligned with the positioning of the project.

Humanized Floor Plans is a visual solution developed to make architectural layouts clearer, more accessible and easier to understand for clients, buyers and real estate professionals.

Unlike technical floor plans, which are mainly created for architectural documentation, humanized floor plans translate the layout into a more intuitive visual language. By adding furniture, materials, textures, circulation logic and spatial references, each space becomes easier to read and immediately understandable.

For this type of work, I develop presentation-ready floor plans that help potential buyers understand the organization of the spaces, the relationship between rooms, furniture layout, circulation flows and the overall lifestyle proposed by the project.

The objective is to support real estate presentation and sales materials with clear, elegant and visually engaging plans that reduce interpretation difficulties and help clients imagine how the property can be lived in.

My role covers the full visualization workflow: reading architectural plans, interpreting the layout, organizing furniture and circulation, applying materials and textures, refining the graphic presentation and delivering final images ready for commercial use.

Since 2023, I have worked on more than 60 projects and delivered nearly 400 images for international clients, mainly in Europe and the Swiss market. I create interior and exterior visualizations by translating architectural plans, references and design briefs into detailed 3D scenes. My process includes 3D modeling, material definition, lighting, furniture composition, rendering and non-destructive post-production, with a focus on realistic, elegant and presentation-ready images.
