Le Panoramic — Real Estate Visualization for Switzerland Sotheby’s Realty

Le Panoramic is a contemporary residential project developed for Switzerland Sotheby’s Realty, with architecture by JLP Architecture, located in Monteiller, Savièse, Switzerland.

The project consists of 3 spacious apartments set in an exceptional location on the heights of Savièse, offering panoramic views over the Rhône plain and the surrounding Alpine peaks.

For this project, I developed architectural visualizations to support the creation of presentation and sales materials for the residential units.

The objective was to create realistic and refined visual assets capable of highlighting the project’s privileged location, contemporary architecture and strong connection with the surrounding landscape. The scenes were composed to emphasize the generous outdoor spaces, private terraces, loggias and gardens, while communicating a sense of comfort, serenity and exclusivity.

My role covered the visualization workflow: reading architectural information, defining camera angles, 3D modeling, materials, lighting, rendering, post-production and final delivery.
