Hi, I'm Mark Branscombe, a Vancouver-based musician rooted in Original Roots, Indie, R&B, Blues, Country and Americana. I've spent over forty years in the Vancouver Roots, Rock and R&B scene as a guitarist and harmonica player, performing at festivals and shows and building a history of engaging live shows. My current solo work, Field Recordings, showcases a breadth of influences and storytelling across genres. Beyond my solo project, I have collaborated with The Gravel-Aires and The Ormidales, released albums with Mud Bay, and opened for icons like Stevie Ray Vaughan, James Cotton and Long John Baldry.
