Answer client calls and emails, fulfill order requests, schedule specimen pickups, print and distribute faxes according to package and send out specimen blocks and or slides to treatment facilities and or labs for outside testing. Organize and collect slides along with paperwork for pathologist review. Reach out to clients by phone or email to correct discrepancies regarding specimens.
