Part of an animation trio, I'm responsible specially for planning and coordenating the animation step in the project pipelines. Most of what we do is motion design and cutout character animation, and we have solid experience with directing traditional animation for short format films. A lot of learning involved in terms of: project management, design processes applied to animation pipeline, team leadership, technique experimenting, tool building.
