Developed and shipped backend features for a digital-goods/skins marketplace using NestJS, TypeScript, and Redis, handling high user volume. Engineered and optimized prompts for LLMs to automate customer support and data tasks, improving accuracy and response time. Integrated the Kinguin API to enable automated purchasing, pricing, and inventory synchronization of digital game keys. Designed Steam bot infrastructure to automate skins trading, deposits, and withdrawals. Implemented Redis for caching, queuing, and session management, reducing latency and database load. Built responsive front-end interfaces with Tailwind CSS in collaboration with the product team.

Developed and maintained full-stack web applications for the insurance and financial-services sector using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server. Built and consumed REST APIs and backend business logic in C# / .NET, supporting various features and modules. Wrote and optimized SQL queries and stored procedures, improving query performance and data integrity. Containerized applications with Docker and deployed to Microsoft Azure. Diagnosed and resolved production bugs and supported existing systems, reducing recurring issues. Started as an intern and earned a permanent Full Stack .NET Developer role after three years at the company.
