Contributed to App Store project with desk research, information architecture and UI design across multiple screen sizes, ensuring consistency with design system guidelines. Contributed to concept design for a Scenario Assistant function, translating user needs into service touch points that enhanced in-vehicle experience continuity. Conducted design walkthroughs with PMs and developers on the Media project to verify design specifications and ensure implementation aligned with design intent; produced three optimization reports; resolved multi-platform bugs to ensure release quality.

Provided full user research support for exterior and interior model and selected functional feature touch points (Gang Survey n=240; IDIs; in-home visits). Supported CMF acceptance studies with quantitative and qualitative research (quant survey n≥200; IDIs; FGDs). Designed quantitative questionnaires and qualitative interview guides; analyzed data using Excel and SQL to validate hypotheses and deliver a user insight report; streamlined on-site questionnaires to reduce research time by about one third while improving data quality.

Integrated an AI workflow (Midjourney & Liblib) into the HMI process to generate scene renders from multiple angles.
