I’m Jason Hargrove, a forward-deployed AI engineer who builds production-grade AI systems close to real-world workflows. I focus on right-sized architectures—smaller models, structured data, verifiers, and selective frontier escalation—to reduce costs without sacrificing capability. I work across the stack and end-to-end, from agent infrastructure and data pipelines to evaluation loops and enterprise interfaces. I collaborate with teams to create durable, auditable systems for regulated environments and complex enterprise use cases.

I partner with operators to turn messy workflows into reliable, scalable AI solutions. I’ve shipped real-time agent infrastructure, NLP pipelines, RAG/retrieval systems, and internal tooling, embedding alongside teams for the duration of engagements to deliver tangible leverage and measurable outcomes.
