Designed end-to-end the account suspension recovery flow for Acorns, a regulated fintech platform, with dynamic document requirements tailored to each suspension reason — replacing a fragmented email-and-web process with a single in-app experience. Designed a returning-customer resubscription experience that surfaced members' previous plans to support familiarity and reduce abandonment during plan selection. Facilitated Acorns' first cross-functional Design Jam with 20+ engineers, PMs, and designers, producing aligned concept directions for Money Manager that informed roadmap priorities.
