I’m a Madrid-based cinematographer and camera operator with over 20 years of experience in documentary storytelling, working across Spain and internationally. My work is rooted in capturing real people and authentic moments — from intimate character-driven documentaries to large-scale international productions, including the OBS Features team at the Paris 2024.
I’ve built a career around human-centered visual narrative: documentary series for Secuoya Studios, including “Sorolla, una mirada inédita” — partly filmed in the Xàbia area, giving me direct experience with this region — and second unit camera operator on Netflix’s UniverXO, a documentary series following three-time World’s Best Chef Dabiz Muñoz and his Michelin-starred restaurant DiverXO, where I filmed sequences centered on food, craft, and the people behind it. Alongside this, I’ve built a career in branded content that always keeps a cinematic, grounded eye on real subjects. I’m comfortable working across handheld, tripod, gimbal, and natural-light setups, adapting quickly to unpredictable environments while staying sensitive to the people in front of the camera.
I’m drawn to projects that highlight place, tradition, and craft with honesty rather than spectacle — which is exactly what draws me to this Marina Alta series. I’d love to bring that same sensitivity to its landscapes, food, and people.
