Winter 2026 Capstone project: Reimagining Cancer Triage with Agentic AI. Designed a multi-channel agentic AI triage interface for the clinical context of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre's Remote Oncology Care Centre, addressing fragmented workflows across voicemail, email, EHR (Epic), and patient portals. Conducted market research and synthesized stakeholder findings across 4 roles to identify 5 critical nurse workflow breakdowns; produced journey maps, affinity clusters, and system flow diagrams across a 12-week sprint. Developed spatialization-based prototype concept; iterated with team into final hi-fi system with dynamic task prioritization and human verification model.

iOS app project: Conducted user research with Toronto Public Library patrons to identify core mobile pain points including persistent login failures, lack of reading continuity, and fragmented third-party access.
