Initially hired to handle the sales diary, I progressed with more responsibilities due to pre-existing technology skills and on-the-job learning. I am the main manager of the CRM pre-sale and handle the admin for both the marketing and sales team. I jointly oversee a marketing team at the Dundee branch that reported a year of record-breaking figures. Daily tasks include overseeing our team of sales representatives, verifying and confirming appointments, speaking to potential customers, and managing the diaries of all our representatives.
