Provided technical expertise for the development and support of Raygen business applications. Designed and manufactured a Raspberry Pi Hat delivering GPS and accelerometer data to the Ignition HMI. Upgraded the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support a new module manufacturing line and implemented CI/CD pipelines. Built an Ignition interface for users to control and monitor production equipment. Developed and deployed a Flask web application to collect GigE Vision camera images from the manufacturing line and display them in the Ignition HMI. Conducted systems requirements review, identified functional needs/risks/dependencies, planned resourcing, and produced detailed work breakdown structures with regular project status reporting. Developed Ignition solutions with Postgres SQL integration, performed data modelling and database design for enterprise intelligence, and supported ICT services across Raygen sites.

Increased productivity by amalgamating ordering, stores, and manufacturing into a single management system. Developed a warehouse management system and an e-commerce website for a shopfitting supplier. Built an online ordering system for a boat and caravan storage company. Developed workshop and warehouse management software for a commercial furniture manufacturing and shopfitting business.

Delivered distributed cloud storage for business processes and the RSCADA product. Enabled end users to access comprehensive reports and real-time high-resolution images in Ignition HMI. Launched the Raygen website and intranet. Performed core systems development and analysis, including application integration requirements and project initiation documentation. Provided technical administration for Linux and Postgres SQL, developed and supported RSCADA, supported IT for specialist instrumentation projects, and provided web services support to internal systems, partners, and customers. Developed SCADA camera integration capabilities to improve control-system efficiency and diagnostic functionality.
