I’m an independent AI video producer based in Stuttgart, running my own end-to-end production studio: concept, generation, shoot where needed, edit, color grade, sound design, and publish.

I’ve delivered six finished spec commercials this way (luxury, food, jewellery, fragrance, fashion, and stylized animation), each one taken from a blank page to a graded, scored final cut. My post-production runs on a scripted ffmpeg pipeline I built myself (edit assembly, color, sound mix, titling), and every project passes through a 4-stage QA loop before final render, with cost and failure notes logged so recurring problems get fixed once, not every time.

On the generation side I work across Higgsfield (including Seedance 2.0), Runway, Midjourney, GPT Image, and ElevenLabs, and I’ve built reference-based character and product-consistency assets to keep a consistent look across many generated shots, a common challenge in AI video work.
