Built and operated a net-new multi-region data ingestion and evaluation platform processing 20B+ records, now a licensed data product sold to customers. Implemented a team AI review tooling flow (PR review agent via Gemini) and differential evaluation with regression-gated merge before production rollout on ~500 real records. Developed data product ingestion into account-billable, entitlement-gated product APIs and delivered a self-service API portal including API key lifecycle (create/suspend/rotate/audit), seat-based billing, and entitlement controls. Sole developer of a CEO Pulse dashboard on the Cloud AI platform with 10+ analytics connectors across finance, product, operations, people, and marketing for real-time company snapshots. Prototyped an early Gemini proof-of-concept for automated identity matching using an LLM to extract structured attributes from unstructured documents and resolve each record to a canonical entry, later productized by a dedicated production team.

Worked across AWS and front-end delivery building and maintaining IoT and web products. Responsibilities included API development and serverless backends, event/data processing, and feature delivery with data persistence. Implemented feature-flag and inventory tooling, created dashboards/tooling, and contributed to backend and frontend service improvements including automated testing and scalability/performance enhancements.

Built AWS-based solutions including an API gateway and serverless components using Python and data services (e.g., DynamoDB). Developed and supported IoT maintenance platform functionality and built frontend features using Vue.js. Contributed to backend logic, migrations, and API/service reliability.
