Developing a new module for the construction platform, focusing on feature implementation, performance optimization, and seamless integration with an existing system (CPM next). Led the development of scheduling and a front-end module for one of Italy’s largest construction companies, designing and implementing features from scratch while guiding the team through critical technical and architectural decisions. Architected the front-end structure using OneFront and an internal shared component library across TeamSystem teams; defined component flow and library-selection decisions. Created a “Documental” project from scratch and integrated it with two linked applications (“Ask” and “News”), shaping component flow across teams. Mentored junior developers and improved overall team proficiency and delivery efficiency.

Built a feature-rich browser extension and cloud multi-tenant portal from scratch, including Okta and identity-provider integrations. Gained hands-on AWS experience with Cognito, CloudWatch, Lambda, and API Gateway. Worked across the stack using Node.js, PostgreSQL, Sequelize ORM, React (TypeScript), and MUI.

Frontend Engineer & Frontend Lead at Neon (Hospitality Technology Platform / Digital Signage)

Led front-end development of Neon Plus, a smart-TV platform with a companion dashboard and TV app for the hospitality sector. Enabled nearby guest discovery for attractions, restaurants, and configurable channels. Integrated the platform with external hospitality systems (PMS and Oracle) to handle hotel operations including check-in/check-out, amenities, and guest services. Contributed to Neon screens and digital signage platforms serving thousands of clients, enabling zone-based display of menus, advertising content, and more. Developed dashboard features for Neon WiFi for a new product within the suite.

Worked in a four-member team building a reservations system across front-end and back-end using React, Node.js, and GraphQL/Apollo. Delivered a functional MVP and contributed across a range of technologies and solutions.
