Owned end-to-end development for an AI-native deal-sourcing platform: rebuilt the product from .NET/Angular to NestJS/React and shipped major features in production. Built natural-language company search over an Elasticsearch index of 50M+ records and created an in-app AI chat using the OpenAI Agents SDK with multi-step agentic workflows and live token streaming via WebSockets. Shipped an authenticated MCP server with interactive tools, designed Stripe billing with flexible plans and automated dunning, built an in-app CMS, integrated external enrichment providers, and implemented CI/CD with Docker infrastructure. Built and operated Shopify commerce for consumer brands (TEQBALL, DOGPOUND, The Million Roses) end-to-end—from local development through Azure CI/CD, QA, and production. Started as a remote contractor and relocated to Luxembourg. Built three international brand storefronts from scratch on Shopify, including TEQBALL’s multi-site estate (EU, US, and sub-sport sites). Replatformed TEQBALL’s storefront system and product catalog from Elastic Path and rebuilt the stack to launch new websites. Migrated The Million Roses checkout to Shopify Checkout Extensibility while preserving complex business rules, integrated storefront estate with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) for orders/catalog/fulfilment flows, and implemented a dropshipping operation by integrating supplier standalone APIs into the Shopify catalog. Built an AI video-generation platform (React app + generation backend using ComfyUI and leading AI video providers) for on-demand promotional content.

Built and evolved a D2C wellness subscription platform and stayed through its acquisition by VGL Group. Migrated 500,000 active subscribers from ReCharge to Shopify native subscriptions using custom ETL with validation and rollback safety. Implemented the subscription box platform on Shopify Plus using Next.js and Node.js, and designed Chargebee integration for subscription boxes with multi-region payments and billing cycles. Modeled the customer lifecycle (lead → account → subscription → user) in PostgreSQL using resilient async workflows (webhooks, retries, idempotency).
